offer-by-offer profitability (including time required / profit per hour)

capacity-to-goal alignment (offer mix + available hours)
expenses and margin leaks (including marketing/contractors when relevant)
cash flow timing (why cash doesn’t match profit, and what to adjust)
Step 3: Strategy Blueprint
You receive a written strategy blueprint with:
clear findings (what’s working, what’s not)
pricing and offer recommendations
profit + cash flow driver priorities
a 90-day implementation roadmap and metrics to track
Step 4: Implementation Support + Review Calls
You’ll implement with support, plus scheduled review calls to confirm decisions and make adjustments.
